Polishing additives

Liquid surface treatment additives are used on vibro deburring, grinding and polishing processes. Additives should be selected individually, taking into account on the product being processed.

Codes and description of surface treatment additives:

 

028 – surface treatment additive used for degreasing and descaling the surface. The additive used to degrease both metallic (stainless steel, copper, bronze) and non-metallic surfaces before deburring or polishing. It is a strong acidic liquid with a pH of 1-2. Available in 30 kg plastic containers.

 

028S – surface treatment additive used for degreasing, descaling and cleaning. The additive used to degrease both ferritic and non-ferritic metal surfaces before deburring or polishing. It is an acidic liquid with a pH of 3-4. Available in 30 kg plastic containers.

 

943 – surface treatment additive used for deburring, polishing, light degreasing and cleaning of ferrous metals and ferrous alloys before deburring and polishing. The additive protects the product from corrosion during vibro deburring and ensures efficient polishing. The additive has a high anti-corrosion effect. It is an alkaline additive, pH: 9-10. Available in 30 kg plastic containers.

 

085 – surface treatment additive used for non-ferrous metals (aluminium, brass, copper, zinc, nickel alloys) before deburring or polishing. It ensures efficient polishing. It is an alkaline additive, pH: 10-10,5. Available in 30 kg plastic containers.
